Are Penn Health Group Cartridges Worth $40?

Penn Health Group cartridges are only $40 making them the cheapest price point in the PA medical marijuana program. But are they worth it?

Penn Health Group first launched their cartridges a few months ago. They came in two strains: Dogg Pound OG (Indica) and Sour Lemon (Hybrid). The cartridges were only $30 and came with an email. The email stated that the oil was too hot when they loaded the cartridges and the wick in the center sucked up extra oil. The cartridges looked underfilled and the email assured patients that they were still filled with exactly 500mg of fluid. The Dogg Pound OG cartridge was dominant in Humulene. The cartridge did not taste very good and the effects were subpar.

I recently tried the Rainbow Sherbet cartridge from Penn Health Group and it tasted like a sweet citrus and the effects were nice. For $40 with 80% THC these cartridges are worth the price.

Since the cartridges are flavored, they are all dominant in either Humulene or Pinene. I could care less for these terpenes and I would like to see a Penn Health Group Cartridge that has other terpenes. Sometimes you can find a cartridge by them with some Limonene but it will still have the other two terpenes. I do not care for effects or taste of either terpene. But honestly for $40 they are not a bad deal.
